Elizabeth “Beth” started her professional business career working in the construction industry, and with her passion for real estate moved into working for a development firm. After a number of years working for a developer, she decided to go out on her own and get her real estate sales license and then her broker’s license. She has been actively selling real estate since 2008. Specializing in Multi-Family, Retail Centers and Office Buildings, she represents landlords, tenants, buyer and sellers. Currently concentrating on the downtown Long Beach market, she supports the continued efforts to transform Long Beach into the International City that it is known for. Beth has a strong work ethic and professionalism, and she continues to make the communities around her a better place. Along with her business interests she also has a philanthropic side, and has worked with non-profit organizations, contributed at City level as Commissioner for Public Safety, coached individuals through leadership trainings, and traveled to Kolkata, India as a volunteer at the Mother Teresa House. As of recent, she has been appointed to serve on the Downtown Long Beach Associates waterfront task force, and is currently forming a non-profit organization focusing on sustainability in our communities.
