Jerry Ristrom is a Commercial Real Estate Agent specializing in Industrial, Retail, Multi-Family product types, and land acquisition for the West Orange County and Long Beach sub-markets.

Jerry was born and raised in his real estate territory making him familiar with property and business owners. He attended Mater Dei High School and earned degrees in Business Administration and Marketing at Pepperdine University and Humboldt State.

Jerry comes with extensive hands-on operational business expertise in manufacturing, retail and the service industries.  This experience helps to ensure that you, the customer, finds the perfect property for your unique business.   Jerry has served as the Director and Vice President levels with firms such multinational firms as: The Ritz-Carlton, Yakima Products, NBTY and Pharmavite (America’s largest vitamin manufacturers) and served on the Board of Directors for North Coast Grocery Co-op.

Mr. Ristrom is very active in the business community. Jerry is a member of The North Orange County Regional Chamber of Commerce, Garden Grove Chamber of Commerce, Stanton Business Alliance, and Long Beach Commercial Real Estate Council (LBCRE). Jerry served as Commissioner of Parks, Recreation and Community Services, Chairman of the Stanton Public Safety Committee and serves at the Vice President of the Stanton Lions Club.

In his free time, he uses his real estate skillsets to support various causes including community rehabilitation, economic redevelopment, homeless outreach and animal rescue projects.  He serves on the Advisory Board for The Joyful Child Foundation.
